Jake Jones is an award-winning real estate adviser with a demonstrated track record in the UAE and the UK. Over the last decade, Jake has successfully concluded over AED 3 Billion in transactions. Jake is highly skilled in negotiation, sales, real estate projects (luxury, commercial and residential), and investments. Before founding Elite Property, Jake worked in the UK and Dubai with leading brokerage firms and real estate developers. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the ESC Burgundy School of Business in France.

Aaron Leo has over a decade of experience in the real estate advisory industry. He co-founded Elite Property and is an experienced professional with a demonstrated track record of successfully advising investors on real estate investments in Dubai and internationally. Aaron is skilled in Negotiation, Sales, Market Research, and Direct Marketing. He has a bachelor's degree in International Business from the Leeds Beckett University in the UK. Aaron also holds a certificate in Management Consulting from the Institute of Consulting at Leeds Beckett University.
